  • Reporting Time: Students are expected to report to school by 9:00 a.m.
  • School Prayer: The school prayer session is from 9:10 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., fostering a positive start to the day.
  • Classes Begin: Regular classes commence promptly at 9:30 a.m., allowing for structured learning to commence.
  • Classes End: The school day concludes at 3:55 p.m., ensuring a full day of academic engagement.
  • Diary Sign: Diary sign-off for the day occurs from 3:45 p.m. to 3:55 p.m., facilitating communication between teachers and parents.

    • Meeting with Teachers/Other Officials:

  • General Meetings: Parents are encouraged to schedule meetings with school authorities or other officials by prior appointment on any working day, ensuring efficient communication and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
  • Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM): Parents have the opportunity to meet with their child's class or subject teacher exclusively on designated Parent-Teacher Meeting days.
