Guidelines To The Students

To maintain a conducive learning environment and uphold the values of Green Park Matric Higher Secondary School, students are expected to adhere to the following guidelines

  • Punctuality: Students must report to school by 9:15 a.m. punctually. Timely arrival ensures smooth commencement of classes and maximizes learning opportunities.
  • Disciplinary Conduct: Students who repeatedly violate school rules or fail to engage positively in the educational process may face disciplinary action. Respect for rules and cooperation with school policies are essential for a harmonious school community.

  • Leave Policy: Leave requests must be submitted in writing, signed by a parent or guardian, to the class teacher at least one day in advance. Except in cases of medical necessity, students are not permitted to take leave continuously for more than three days.
  • Events and Celebrations: Students must obtain permission from the Principal before organizing any parties, get-togethers, celebrations, or functions within the school premises. This ensures proper coordination and supervision of events.
  • Use of Mobile Phones and Vehicles: The use of mobile phones and any form of personal vehicles (two or four-wheelers) by students is strictly prohibited on the school premises. This policy helps maintain focus on academics and ensures the safety and security of all students. Students are reminded that adherence to these guidelines is crucial for creating a positive and conducive learning environment where everyone can thrive academically and socially.
